Britain will struggle to cope with an immigration-fuelled population boom that threatens to leave public services in chaos, a report from, 'The forum for the future study' says.
A population growth of almost 10 million by 2030 and almost all from immigration, leading to housing and job shortages becoming common place.
According to the Office for National Statistics, Britain’s population will increase from 61.4 million in 2008 to 70 million by 2029.
By 2034, the population is forecast to grow by 10 million, with almost all the increase in England. Seven million will be due to immigration alone.
